Constant ridicule in a relationship does not bode well, and such couples are potential clients of psychologists.

Negativity in a relationship should be seen as a sign of hidden aggression coming from a toxic person.

Ridicule and constant negative comments in relationships do not come from a good life, psychologist Mikhail Labkovsky said in his personal Telegram channel.

According to him, people who are experiencing some kind of suffering but hide it make fun of others.

Through their ridicule they exalt themselves above others, so ridicule should be seen as aggression.

The expert points out that a person becomes aggressive not because his personal boundaries have been violated or other harm has been caused.

In this way he tries to protect himself from the world, which he fears for various reasons.

At the same time, offenders are often quite vulnerable people themselves, so it won’t be difficult to put them in their place.

But the psychologist does not advise doing this and wasting your nerves.

No one is obliged to listen to this negativity, so you can remain silent and end the unpleasant conversation at the very beginning.
