In an attempt to save a relationship, when one of the partners needs it most, you have to compromise, sacrifice, and deny yourself something.

It is unlikely that anything mutually beneficial, interesting or simply healthy can be created on this basis. Therefore, in some cases it would be better to let go.

Experts have given five examples when there is no point in saving a relationship.

Denying yourself for the sake of your partner

Life in a relationship must go on for each partner or spouse. If one sacrifices their own interests for the sake of the other, then it is no longer life.

Sooner or later the bubble will burst, and the compromise reached earlier will not save us from problems.

You don't feel joy in your relationship

Everything should be mutual - success, happiness, comfort. You can argue regularly, but you will still have the feeling that this is where mutual attraction manifests itself.

It's hard to be together

The easiest way to test a relationship in a couple is to be alone. It may suddenly turn out that there is nothing to talk about, nothing to do, or you may even want to take your smartphone and go to another room.

When there is no more strength left

This can be compared to emotional burnout or a state when you give up and don’t want to do anything. Compare yourself with yourself “yesterday”, and then draw a line.

When you have to please

If one partner continues to prove their feelings with deeds and words, and the other only consumes benefits. Do not forget that both partners must forge their own happiness in a couple.
