Residents of a Bashkir village have arbitrarily toppled a 5G communications tower due to concerns for their health.
Similar cases have previously occurred around the world during the coronavirus pandemic. Conspiracy theorists have linked the spread of the pathogen to the start of the installation of 5G equipment.
In the Bashkir village of Tashbulatovo, villagers arbitrarily knocked down a 5G wireless technology cell tower, Lenta.ru reports.
As representatives of the mobile network operator found out, this happened last weekend.
Local residents unscrewed the fixing bolts, causing the support to topple over.
It was also established that the tower collapsed onto a power line.
A similar incident occurred in Tashbulatovo several years ago. Then the pole was simply knocked down by a tractor.
Before this, a resident of Irkutsk burned down a 5G cell tower.
After his arrest, he stated that at some point his health had worsened.
He began to sleep poorly and his eyeballs began to hurt. He believed that this was due to the "radiation."
To be more certain, the man studied information on the Internet, after which he diagnosed that the cause of his deteriorating health was 5G communication technology.
