Do you use foil when growing seedlings?

No? In vain! After all, metal paper has a positive effect on the condition of young plants.

With the help of this material you can grow very good seedlings.

But what exactly needs to be done with the foil to achieve this result?

How to use foil when growing seedlings

It is no secret that a young plant grown on a windowsill needs to be provided with several important conditions.

Firstly, seedlings need the “right” soil: the soil mixture must contain important microelements and compounds.

Secondly, the plant cannot do without water: regular watering is needed.

Thirdly, the seedlings must receive enough light.

Fourthly, the plant must be protected from low temperatures.

While meeting the first two conditions is a fairly simple task, the other two are more difficult.

Fortunately, there is a material that will come to the aid of a summer resident. We are talking about foil.

Enclose the area where the seedlings are grown with metal paper: make a border out of it 20-30 cm high.

As a result, it will be possible to achieve two positive effects at once.

Firstly, the material will reflect light, but without scattering it. This means that the light will be concentrated on the seedlings.

Secondly, the seedlings retain heat: the plants will not “freeze”.

In this way, young representatives of the flora will be grown in ideal conditions. The final harvest will most likely be abundant.
