Effective prevention can be done during planting. In this case, the hole is "filled" with a small amount of onion peel and ash.
You can also add beans when planting: this will scare away the pest.
Autumn measures
You have probably already decided where you will plant potatoes next year. Thanks to this, the soil can be restored and nutrient deficiencies can be eliminated.
However, few people know that there is also a chance to protect yourself from the Colorado potato beetle next season.
For this purpose, litter from trees is used. Only walnut is suitable. Plant remains should simply be incorporated into the soil.
