Are you growing beets? Do you want to get large and sweet root vegetables?

It turns out that the desired result is achieved without any problems.

The most interesting thing is that you can “help” the plant even in August, when it would seem that there is not much time left before the harvest.

It is enough to carry out a procedure such as adding one super fertilizer.

It is very easy to prepare this luxurious fertilizer: just add two products to a bucket of water.

August Super Remedy for Beets

An expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", agronomist and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh reminds: in the second half of summer, beets need potassium.

But the plant does not need the nitrogen component during this period. Moreover, nitrogen can seriously harm the popular garden crop if applied late.

Therefore, in August, the emphasis should be on replenishing the deficiency of potassium and phosphorus in the soil in the beet bed.

For this purpose, it is best to use potassium chloride and superphosphate. For a bucket of water, there should be 30 grams of the first agent and 40 grams of the second.

The result will be a fertilizer that will most likely ensure the highest quality of root crops.

Important point: there is no need to add the finished product if the corresponding procedure was already carried out in July.
