In summer, during the formation of ovaries and fruiting, raspberries require special attention and care.
They consist not only of timely watering, weeding and loosening the soil, but also of proper fertilizing.
During this period, you can use the following fertilizers for raspberries:
• bird droppings diluted 15 times;
• liquid manure diluted 5 times.
The prepared solutions are applied under the bushes at the rate of half a bucket per linear meter of row.
Mineral fertilizers are also useful for raspberries.
It consists of three components: 40 g of superphosphate, 25 g of potassium salt, 20 g of ammonium nitrate. The volume is calculated for one linear meter.
Important! The use of this fertilizer must be combined with watering.
For foliar feeding of raspberries, it is best to use an ash solution.
It is prepared as follows: sift 300 g of ash through a sieve, pour boiling water over it, mix well, and boil over low heat for half an hour.
Cool, strain through several layers of gauze, dilute with ten liters of water.
For better adhesion, you can add 50 grams of any soap to the finished decoction.
