Firstly, do not leave all the rosettes and tendrils. Cut off unnecessary ones without thinking.
The whiskers can be allowed to grow a little and then trimmed so that the bush does not throw out a whisker in place of the trimmed one.
Secondly, strawberries should not be mown down. The bush should spend nutrients on laying fruit buds, and not on growing leaves.
Just cut off the yellowed and damaged leaves. This should be done in a timely manner, since if pruned late, the leaves may not have time to grow back, and the bush will not survive the winter well.
Thirdly, you can't leave strawberries without nutrition. After fruiting, you need to add a complex fertilizer with nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus.
