The first weeks of summer are very important for such a popular crop as pepper.
It is during this period that the plant should receive all the microelements it needs.
We are talking about nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus.
Without these components, few fruits will form. In addition, the vegetables will not be large in size.
Moreover, a deficiency of important microelements is fraught with plant diseases.
To avoid problems and ultimately harvest a quality crop, you need to prepare and apply one complex fertilizer.
How to do this? This question was answered by the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", scientist-agronomist and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh .
Ideal June feeding for peppers
Closer to the middle of the first summer month, you need to prepare a fertilizer for the plant, consisting of the following components:
- ammonium nitrate (15 grams);
- potassium sulfate (25 grams);
- superphosphate (30 grams).
All these products need to be poured into a bucket and filled with water until the container is completely filled.
The prepared mixture should be used to feed the garden crop.
Then the result will need to be consolidated. When the ovaries begin to appear, a solution of liquid manure should be added. And when the fruits begin to form, the plant will “react” well to potassium monophosphate and a solution of unburned wood residues.
Earlier, summer residents were told how to feed raspberries at the beginning of summer for a quality harvest.
