Marigolds, nasturtium, calendula, borage, matthiola, and coriander are good at repelling the Colorado potato beetle.

The plants listed can be planted both next to eggplants and between rows.

Spraying with infusions of wild herbs such as celandine, wormwood and dandelion is also effective.

Fill a bucket a quarter full with chopped wormwood (celandine, dandelion, a mixture of plants), add warm water, leave for two to three days, strain, add 40-50 grams of grated laundry soap, and spray on the leaves.

In addition, you can scatter fresh birch or pine sawdust between the rows.
