What to put in holes when planting potatoes to protect them from the Colorado potato beetle
The method is little known, but very effective. All you need to do is put a small handful of pine sawdust in each hole when planting.
Treating potato bushes with coniferous concentrate (2 tablespoons of the product per 10 liters of water) also helps.
In addition, you can treat the bushes with an infusion of wormwood and wood ash.
300 grams of crushed wormwood and a glass of ash (it is better to use birch) are poured with ten liters of water, stirred, infused for 3-5 hours, filtered, and a tablespoon of laundry soap is added.
