Fortunately, any owner of a country house can achieve such a result. The main thing is to start acting in time.

The first procedure must be carried out at the very start of the summer cottage season.

So, one important fertilizer should be applied early in the spring. Which one exactly? This was reported by the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", agronomist and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh .

Important fertilizer for strawberries in spring

As soon as the soil warms up and reaches a normal temperature (at least +8 degrees), garden strawberries need to be fed with fertilizer that contains a lot of nitrogen.

The fact is that during this period, strawberry bushes need this microelement first and foremost.

The ideal option is urea. Based on this product, you need to prepare a solution: 1 teaspoon per bucket of water is enough.

Each bush should receive half a liter of the prepared liquid.

Good alternatives to urea are azophoska, ammonium nitrate and chicken manure.

If you continue to feed the crop correctly, the bushes will eventually produce very large and sweet fruits.

Earlier, summer residents were told which plants can be fed with potato peels.
