Peppers, tomatoes and eggplants may stretch out, or even weaken and die because of this.
It is best to sow nightshade crops directly into separate 0.5 l containers. In this case, the cups are filled with soil approximately two-thirds.
In this case, the plants develop a developed root system, they are distributed throughout the container and there is no need for frequent fertilizing and picking.
How to sow
1. First, make drainage holes in the bottom of the cups.
2. Fill the containers with prepared soil to at least ⅔ of the cup.
3. After sowing, you can add dry soil, because after watering it will become compacted.
Summer residents claim that in such containers the seedlings feel great for up to 50 days.
Also, do not forget that plants need to be illuminated with artificial lighting to prevent stems from stretching due to lack of light.
