Any careless movement and you will have to call an ambulance, which will not arrive immediately.
Therefore, summer residents try to use special footwear and get rid of ice as quickly as possible.
What can you sprinkle on an icy path at your dacha?
Here are some options.
- Marble chips. It is considered the most effective method, as the chips do not stick to shoes and dirt is not brought into the house.
- Ash. Snow and ice will be colored black, but the ash will perform its intended function.
- Coffee grounds. They also dissolve ice very well, but you will need a lot of them – start collecting them in the summer.
- Thawing solution. Can be melted using a mixture of 100 grams of alcohol and 10 drops of detergent.
