How to prepare a greenhouse for winter
Firstly, you can remove the polycarbonate for the winter, leaving only the frame, but this method is not suitable for everyone.
That is why many gardeners install T-shaped supports under the greenhouse arches.
Sometimes it is recommended to install supports not under the arches, but under the horizontal ties running under the roof.
This is a mistake. The supports installed in this way will not be able to protect the greenhouse from collapse.
The ideal option is to place an inch board under the roof and rest the supports on it.
