Before covering the grapes with a cover that is supposed to protect them from the effects of winter winds and frosts, the crop must be processed.

An expert of the online publication BelNovosti, agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh listed the means that can be used to get rid of various types of pathogenic fungi that can overwinter in covered grapes.

1. 3% solution of copper sulfate

To obtain it, you need to dilute 300 g of the preparation in a small amount of warm water. When the product is dissolved, bring its volume to 10 liters with water.

2. 3-5% solution of ferrous sulfate

By analogy with the first case, to obtain a composition suitable for spraying grapes, 300-500 g of the preparation must be dissolved in 10 liters of water.

Please note: if the treatment is to be carried out on young plants, use a 1% solution.
