Every gardener has his own opinion regarding what nutrients to add during autumn soil digging.
Some opt for natural ingredients, choosing compost or humus.
However, sometimes it makes sense to include industrial complexes, says Anastasia Kovrizhnykh , an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, an agronomist and landscape designer.
How to properly apply mineral compounds
First of all, it is worth noting that mineral fertilizers are embedded in the soil to a depth of about twenty centimeters. This is an ideal option for depleted soil, which clearly lacks nutrients.
With the help of ready-made compositions it is easy to replenish the imbalance of elements.
What are the proportions?
As a rule, you need to choose from the main fertilizers that are used at a given time. The amount is indicated per square meter of plantings.
You need to use 40 grams of superphosphate. If you need to add potassium sulfate or chloride, then 15 grams will be enough.
You will need only 20 grams of double superphosphate.
If there is a need for nitroammophoska, then add fifty grams. But you need to take at least 70 grams of nitrophoska.
