It turns out that if you dry the mown grass, it can be used as a first-class raw material for making a healing decoction.
It is able to protect plantings in the garden and vegetable garden from fungal diseases.
To do this, the grass must be filled with water so that the liquid completely covers the raw material.
After this, place the container with the herb on the fire and cook for half an hour.
All that remains is to dilute the resulting decoction with clean water (1 part concentrated product to 3 parts water), and you can use it to spray fruit trees and shrubs, including apple trees, currants, gooseberries, etc.
Preventive treatment should be carried out once every two weeks.
You may also find it useful to know that hay decoction can be used not only to combat fungus, but also various pests – bedbug larvae, aphids or leaf-eating caterpillars.
By the way, you don't have to pour out the whole solution at once. Fill the jars with hot broth and use it for 3 months.
