Chlorosis is a fairly common disease that readily attacks cultivated plants.
According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, scientist-agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh , the reason is chlorophyll, which is weakly or not produced at all.
Hence the first signs by which one can recognize a dangerous disease.
The leaves of affected plants first turn pale, then yellow, and finally fall off completely, which puts the crops you lovingly grow at risk of dying.
For this reason, it is worth taking “rescue” measures as early as possible.
One of the recommendations is to treat the plantings with a solution prepared by taking a teaspoon of citric acid and half a teaspoon of ferrous sulfate per liter of water.
Each plant will need 5 liters of this mixture.
However, it is not enough to apply the solution under the roots – after that, do not forget to spray the beds.
