Tomatoes love plenty of sunlight. After the fruits have formed, you can turn them to the side where there is the most sunlight.
Any experienced gardener knows that with abundant and regular watering, the water mostly feeds the bushes. For this reason, sometimes it is enough to simply moisten the soil.
To speed up growth, you can treat the bushes with an iodine solution - 40 drops per full bucket of water.
