Any gardener who has tried to grow them on his own plot knows how difficult it is to please eggplants.
In order to get a decent harvest from this crop, it is worth providing it with suitable soil, appropriate care and, of course, regular fertilizing.
We will talk about the latter today.
If we talk about mineral fertilizers, then in this case everything is simple - you just need to find a composition that contains elements such as potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus.
But many gardeners do not look for easy ways, relying entirely on the benefits of folk recipes.
One of them says: in order to provide the “eggplants” with the elements they need, you need to stock up on potatoes.
More precisely, you will not need the tubers themselves, but the skin removed from them during cleaning.
The potato scraps must be boiled, after which the saucepan with the valuable contents must be set aside to cool.
Use the resulting broth to water young eggplants at the roots.
