Even an experienced gardener will not immediately determine the root of the problem. However, every seasoned gardener has proven remedies for this case.
One of them is a solution of milk and iodine. Of the folk remedies, it is considered the best when it comes to preventing yellowing of cucumber leaves.
Dissolve 1 liter of milk and 30 drops of iodine in 10 liters of water. Apply the solution per leaf once every 10 days. The first treatment can be carried out after the first 5-6 leaves appear.
Milk whey affects the formation of new ovaries. The product is prepared as follows: 2 liters of milk whey are dissolved in 10 liters of water and 100 g of sugar are added to the composition.
The product is used after the peak of fruiting, when the plants have already given a solid part of the harvest. This trick helps to increase the total amount of fruits collected during the season.
