Sometimes natural honey can be replaced with sugar, but the effect will be slightly lower.
To prepare the valuable mixture, you need to heat a liter of water and dilute a spoonful of honey. If you decide to use sugar, then double its amount.
There is no need to start processing immediately - let the mixture stand for at least an hour to be saturated with nutrients.
