What can you "treat" currants with?
Experienced gardeners note that currants "respond" well to potatoes. The peel of the root crop is of particular value.
Some simply bury the component within the trunk circle, but such feeding takes longer to "unwind", although it works for a fairly long period of time. But you can do it differently.
To do this, you will need to collect a sufficient amount of peel, wash it and grind it with a grater. Then we try to dry the nutrient component. We measure out about one hundred grams of the product and mix it with a third of a bucket of water.
This amount will be enough for one currant.
