It turns out that the very same sponges that we are used to using for washing dishes are perfect for germinating seeds.
You are unlikely to have any problems with this method - it is simple and effective.
If you decide to try this method on yourself, stock up on two clean sponges.
Wet the porous surface with water and transfer the sponge to a container or plate.
Now spread the seeds that need to be germinated on the sponge and cover them with a second sponge, which should also be pre-moistened.
Now you can take the resulting workpiece to a warm place.
You will see that the seeds have sprouted in just 1-2 days. If the sponges suddenly become dry, you can pour a small amount of water into the bottom of the container or plate.
By the way, this method can be called truly waste-free, because the sponges that were used to germinate the seeds can be used to wash dishes.
