A seemingly harmless inhabitant of windowsills and accountants' desks, the fat woman, popularly known as the "money tree", can be deadly.
In the minds of many people, the fat woman is a symbol of wealth. But one property of the plant makes the "money tree" unsafe.
The leaves of the fat plant contain arsenic. This poison can kill both humans and pets. Therefore, the "money tree" is primarily not recommended for parents of small children and owners of cats and dogs.
The tree is overgrown not only with massive leaves, which contain a solid supply of water, but also with signs:
1. The plant itself will not start bringing material well-being to the house. It needs to be "activated" and "nourished". When replanting, three coins of different denominations should be placed on the bottom of the pot.

3. Massive leaf fall is a bad sign. You need to find out the cause and fix the problem, otherwise financial losses are inevitable, the sign says.
4. For the "money tree" it is recommended to choose a red pot. It is believed that it embodies the energy of money.
5. In order for the fat woman to "work" and bring the benefits described in the signs, you need to keep a male and female plant in the house. The first one has thorns, and the leaves are pointed. The female has rounder leaves.
Thus, although the fat woman is dangerous to health, this is not a reason to refuse the opportunities that it can give. In any case, you can simply enjoy its beauty, moving it to a safe place where children and animals cannot get to it.
