Experienced gardeners believe that in order to propagate a rose, you don’t need to have any special skills.
In their opinion, one unopened bud and an onion head are enough – necessarily red.
First, cut off the bud using a sharp, and most importantly sterile scalpel.
The next steps should be done with the onion. Cut off the top of the onion and make several cuts in it so that the juice starts to come out.
Now trim the stem that the bud is on and then stick it into the bulb.
The resulting “structure” should be placed in a pot, where loose soil should be poured in advance and a drainage layer should be provided.
Water the bud and place a plastic cup on top. After 20 days, you will see that the flower has opened, after which the rose needs to be transplanted into a larger container.
Don't forget about fertilizers - to ensure the plant develops well, it should be fed with fish meal.
Further care is no different from the procedures carried out with other roses.
