Ignoring this recommendation may result in low yields of fruit trees.
What should a summer resident do?
The first “spring” action of the owner of a country plot should be an inspection of the garden.
It is necessary to check whether the trees are damaged. If traces of rodent "activity" or other "wounds" are visible on the bark, then these areas should be treated with a solution of potassium permanganate.
It is also advisable to whitewash the trunks. Whitewashing will protect the tree from sunburn.
If the gardener does not ignore these recommendations, then the first serious contribution to the future harvest will be made.
At least the chances of forming a large number of fruits will not disappear at the very beginning of the new summer cottage season.
