To prevent flying pests from gaining the upper hand in the fight for the harvest, you need to spray the cabbage with a pharmaceutical product. Cabbage butterflies cannot stand its smell.
How to protect cabbage
The gluttonous white butterfly cannot stand valerian. A simple solution is prepared on its basis, which is used to treat cabbage.
For 10 liters of water, take 50 ml of the product, mix and pour the mixture into a spray bottle. To make the solution stick better to the leaves, add shavings of laundry soap (4 tbsp. for 10 liters of water).
Spraying should be done early in the morning or in the evening, when the sun's activity is minimal. Also, do not treat cabbage before it rains, otherwise the product will end up on the ground and you will have to spray it again.
