Summer residents practice one non-standard method of planting cucumbers - in boiling water. The method is considered quite effective, as it allows you to get shoots on the second day.

It is also noteworthy that the technique is suitable for sowing seeds for seedlings and even in open ground. Let's look at each option separately.

Seedling

1. In this case, it is better to place the seeds in separate containers.

2. The containers are filled with prepared soil and watered with boiling water.

3. Next, the seeds are placed on the surface of the soil, lightly pressed into the ground, carefully dug in, after which the container is covered with film and put away in a warm place.

The latest sprouts will appear on the 4th day, after which the film can be removed and the seedlings can be provided with normal care.

Open ground

1. Make a furrow up to 5 cm deep on the prepared bed and water it with boiling water at a rate of 5 liters per 1 square meter.

2. Then the seeds are placed on the ground, sprinkled with soil, lightly compacted and covered with film.

3. As soon as the shoots appear, the film is removed.

It is believed that in this way it is possible to plant not only cucumbers, but also all heat-loving crops, including tomatoes, as well as ornamental crops.
