It is very easy to bring trouble to an orchid, but saving it later will be extremely difficult.

This flower is not without reason considered a capricious plant. Orchid owners have to take into account a number of nuances.

As soon as you forget about something, the plant starts to get sick and shed its buds. Sometimes it's not just about watering, air humidity, lighting, and soil composition.

The flower doesn't like its neighbors on the windowsill. It can barely get along with some of them, but with others it can die in a matter of days.

Experienced gardeners have indicated that the orchid will not do well with almost any plants. It is especially suppressed by other coniferous plants. These "green pets" behave quite aggressively towards nearby flowers.

The most dangerous neighbor for an orchid is the Korean small-flowered chrysanthemum. According to gardeners, next to it the flower will wither right before your eyes.

The orchid also does not like peperomia, yucca, cordyline. Cacti of all kinds are also not recommended to be placed next to this plant.
