We offer some useful tips for growing cucumbers.
When 3-4 leaves appear on cucumbers, treat them with the following solution. Dissolve 30 drops of iodine tincture, 20 g of liquid laundry soap and 1 liter of fresh milk in 10 liters of water.
Spray cucumbers with this solution throughout the season at 10-day intervals.
In the evening, put a loaf of bread in a 10-liter bucket of water. In the morning, knead the soaked bread with your hands, add a small bottle of iodine tincture, then take 1 liter of this solution and dissolve it in 10 liters of water and treat the cucumber bushes. Store the solution in a cool place.
Treat cucumber bushes with this product every 14 days until late autumn.
Dilute 2 liters of whey and 150 g of sugar in 10 liters of water. Spray and water the cucumbers with this mixture.
Place a 0.7 l jar of onion peel in a bucket of water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover with a lid and let sit for 12-14 hours. Strain and squeeze out the onion peel. Dilute the resulting decoction with water at a ratio of 1 to 4. Spray the cucumber bushes well and pour it onto the ground around them.
Spray and water the cucumber seedlings with whey. To do this, take 1 liter of whey and dissolve it in 5 liters of water.
Adjust the watering of cucumbers, because the water should be warm.
