Not all bushes and trees on the site can survive the cold winter.
Thuja and juniper are a real decoration for the home and garden.
Unpretentious and evergreen plants can suffer from frost, which will be indicated by their condition in the spring.
If the trees managed to survive the cold, then the spring sun can definitely harm them. The typical consequence is yellowing of the needles.
There is no need to panic, but two steps must be taken, otherwise the problem will get worse.
First, you need to remove all the branches that have turned yellow. This should be done without regret, because these parts of the tree have already died, and there is no way to save them.
Additionally, you need to reduce the growth of the thuja. Gradually, the tree will come to life, new needles and branches will grow.
To speed up the recovery process, the plant needs to be given a stimulant. It is applied exclusively under the root. Spraying will be of little use, since the needles will not absorb anything through the leaf.
Pruning and adding a stimulant will quickly bring the thuja back into shape, and it will turn green again, will please the eye and decorate the garden.
