The mixture prepared according to this recipe will bring great benefits to the trees in the garden.
In early spring, summer residents have a lot to do. Among the series of tasks, there is one job that cannot be postponed.
It needs to be done before the sun starts to bake. Otherwise, the fruit trees will have a hard time.
Whitewashing must be done before the first pests wake up and begin to cause damage to the plantings in the garden.
Many summer residents use acrylic paint or special compounds. But experienced gardeners do not recognize anything other than the proven recipe for whitewashing.
To prepare whitewash, summer residents dissolve tar soap (200 g) in water-based paint (1 liter). Then add manure (1 kg), copper sulfate (0.2 kg) and clay (1 kg).
The dosage of all components is calculated for 10 liters of water.
The resulting mixture is used to treat the lower part of the trunk and branches. The composition perfectly protects trees from pests, which either bypass the plants or die.
