According to forecasts from the Eurasian Development Bank, the dollar exchange rate in Belarus next year will be 3.38 rubles.
This is stated in the EDB macroeconomic forecast for 2025-27.

What will be the dollar exchange rate in Belarus in 2025
EDB analysts believe that the national currencies of most countries in the region will strengthen in the near future.
In Belarus, according to the bank’s forecast, the dollar exchange rate will be 3.38 rubles next year, 3.57 rubles in 2026 and 3.81 rubles in 2027.
According to EDB experts, the growth of Belarus' gross domestic product will be 2.6% next year, 1.9% in 2026, and 1.5% in 2027.
As for inflation, according to the EDB, it will amount to 6.6% next year, 7.9% in 2026 and 7.4% in 2027.
