By the end of the year, the dollar to Russian ruble exchange rate could reach 100 rubles.

As Protsenko explained, the growth of the American currency rate to 100 rubles in the coming months is possible against the backdrop of unexpected negative events for the market.
According to the expert, this could be an escalation of the Middle East conflict, the introduction of new anti-Russian sanctions, or an incident involving one of the US presidential candidates.
Although this scenario is not the baseline, the CEO of Alfa-Forex clarified.
If no extraordinary events occur, Protsenko continued, the dollar exchange rate could rise to 100 rubles against the backdrop of increased demand for currency from importers.
So the dollar can rise to 100 rubles at any moment, the expert noted.
Protsenko believes that December is the most likely time for the American currency to rise in price to 100 rubles.
