Such an unpleasant “phenomenon” as cellulite haunts many women (and men, frankly speaking, too).
There are many reasons for the appearance of "orange peel".
Perhaps the main factor that provokes the appearance of cellulite is poor nutrition.
Eating sweets or flour products in large quantities causes weight gain and, as a consequence, lipodystrophy appears.
It is important to note here that such changes occurring at the level of subcutaneous fat are not considered a disease. Accordingly, they do not require treatment.
At the same time, cellulite signals an imbalance in the body and can warn that there are problems with the thyroid gland, kidneys, or bile flow.
And although the problem is of an aesthetic nature, I would like to get rid of it – preferably once and for all.
What to do in such a situation? Of course, consult a doctor to identify the cause of the "orange peel" together with a specialist.
Once you have corrected any potential health issues, focus on your diet and water balance.
Eliminate sweets, flour products, carbonated drinks, and give up eating meat every day.
And don’t look at massages, wraps and other cosmetic procedures as a panacea – their effect, unfortunately, is small.
It is unlikely that such manipulations will be able to improve the condition of the skin without following the recommendations described above.
