Experts advise replacing soda with mineral water, you can add a slice of lemon or, say, lime or mint to it.
What coffee to drink
Sweet coffee is also harmful. Because of the abundance of calories, fats and sugar in sweet ingredients (milk, cream, and the same sugar).
In this regard, latte, cappuccino and some other types of coffee are extremely undesirable.
