Nutritionists strongly advise against combining eggs with meat, ham, cheese and high-calorie sauces (mayonnaise, tartar, etc.).
This can lead to heaviness in the stomach and other digestive problems.
It is useful to combine eggs with greens and non-starchy vegetables – bell peppers, cabbage, cucumbers, spinach, celery.
It is recommended to consume no more than two eggs per day. If you have high cholesterol, it is advisable to limit yourself to egg whites.
