People who have decided to give up gluten consumption may be intimidated by the list of prohibited products (those that contain this ingredient).

Don't be upset - today we will introduce you to unusual gluten-free breakfasts, which do not contain the "forbidden" substance gluten, but which, at the same time, do not lose a bit in taste.

Scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers

If you love eggs, you'll love the idea of making homemade shakshuka for breakfast, which involves frying onions and garlic in vegetable oil, then adding peppers and diced, skinless tomatoes, and then, when the vegetables are done, breaking in the eggs.

Thick shakshuka is usually eaten with a wheat flatbread – in our case it should be replaced with rice or corn.

Rice dessert with cottage cheese

Rice is gluten-free, so why not use it for breakfast? Boil the rice until half-cooked according to the instructions on the package, then simmer it in a saucepan with milk, butter and cottage cheese until the grains are cooked.

All that's left is to make the mixture homogeneous using a blender and add the washed raisins. The dessert is worth eating with gluten-free cookies.

Millet porridge with caramelized pear and nuts

Cook the millet groats in milk until done, and while the millet is in the pan, melt the butter in a frying pan, add sugar, chopped pear and chopped nuts and mix everything well.

All that remains is to transfer the porridge to a plate and decorate with pear and nuts.

Earlier we talked about what happens if you eat a banana at night.
