What you shouldn't eat with cottage cheese
Firstly, you can't eat cottage cheese with sugar. Cottage cheese already contains sugar - milk sugar (lactose).
Eating cottage cheese with sugar increases the risk of developing diabetes.
Also, you shouldn’t combine cottage cheese with eggs, meat and fish, as this can cause digestive problems.
