What could be easier than making scrambled eggs for breakfast? Most often, this dish is served with sausages. The result is a filling and tasty meal.

But, as it turns out, this combination of products in the morning is considered the worst option, which negatively affects health.

Nutritionist Nuria Dianova spoke about this, Lenta.ru reports.

As the specialist explained, fats contained in animal products or baked goods increase cholesterol levels.

In addition, as the doctor added in a conversation with journalists, such food increases the risk of heart and vascular diseases.

You may also be at risk of obesity and even dementia if you choose such foods for breakfast often.

Dianova noted that it is necessary to compose your diet in such a way that it contains more unsaturated fats.

For example, this could be red fish, avocado, nuts and olive oil.

Such products reduce cholesterol levels and also improve the functioning of the heart and blood vessels.
