A small digression: the room must be equipped not only with risers, but also with high-quality ventilation to provide a sufficient amount of fresh air.
A heating source for quick drying of laundry (meaning a heated towel rail, radiator, heated floor, etc.) will not be a hindrance, but on the contrary, will be beneficial.
Typically, a second bathroom or an additional bathroom is converted into a laundry room in an apartment.
In rare cases, a storage room or part of a hallway can be converted for this purpose.
