Sometimes there are so many unnecessary things in the house that there is not enough space for the things that are really important.
Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, designer Yulia Tychino shared a short list of things that you should give up if you want to live in a spacious apartment, and not in a cramped closet.
Old toys
Soft toys quickly become irrelevant. Although a soft teddy bear or a doll with long hair can really be a baby's best friend, but not for long - until he finds a new hobby. And if an abundance of toys in a child's room can somehow be justified, then in an adult's room - no.
Experts advise getting rid of unnecessary toys in time. Your friends and acquaintances with children will be happy to receive a robot or a radio-controlled car as a gift. If not, the toys can be given to an orphanage.
Remember that memories are stored in the heart, not in a toy. If you have a toy that is dear to your heart and you can’t bear to part with it, clean it, change the filler and find a place for it in the bedroom. With the right approach, it will become a decoration of the room.
Empty packaging
You'll hardly ever need jars, bottles, cardboard boxes and other packaging, but they take up a lot of space.
Therefore, it is recommended to get rid of unnecessary containers that worsen the aesthetics of the room and create visual noise. Instead, you should choose stylish containers and use them for convenient storage of things.
Broken equipment
On the balcony and in kitchen cabinets you can often find broken gadgets or those that no one in the family uses. Conduct an audit and distribute the found items into three boxes: put in the first what you plan to throw away, in the second - what you can sell or give away, in the third - what you want to keep for a while.
The main thing is not to send equipment to the dacha that you do not plan to use, otherwise it will turn out that you are freeing up one space while cluttering up another.
