Traditionally, items that need to be washed are stored in a laundry basket, which is usually a plastic box with a lid that comes in a variety of sizes and colors. You can also find options made of natural wicker or fabric.
This solution satisfies everyone right up until the moment when the bathroom is renovated – no matter how stylish the basket is, it usually stands out against the background of the updated interior. Because of this, there is a desire to hide it behind the cabinet door.
This is how a fairly new solution for storing dirty laundry appeared – a basket integrated into furniture.
If you are considering mass-produced pencil cases, then in this case the metal basket is usually attached to the door at the bottom of the pencil case and opens by folding. If you are making a pencil case to order, then the choice is much greater - pull-out drawers, baskets or plastic containers, which, in addition, can be removable.
Now think about it, if you leave a section for a laundry basket in your bathroom furniture, why place the basket in it if you can just throw the laundry in the closet?
