The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
All we need is butter (30 grams), onion (one piece), one apple, 50 grams of walnuts.
You will also need salt (a pinch), black pepper (a pinch) and mustard (a third of a teaspoon).
Preparation
Cut the baguette into small slices and fry in 10 grams of butter.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in oil.
Add the apple, cut into small cubes, to the frying pan.
Then put the apples and onions in a blender. Add the chopped walnuts. Whip until you get a homogeneous mass.
Now you can add mustard, salt and black pepper. Whisk again.
