Recipe for potato pancakes:

  • potatoes 1 kg;
  • flour 2 tbsp;
  • onion 1 pc;
  • egg 1 pc;
  • salt to taste,
  • oil for frying.

How to cook

Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and transfer the finished mixture into a sieve to drain off excess moisture.

Then grate the onion, mix with the potatoes and add the egg, flour and salt.

Mix until smooth and fry in a well-heated frying pan.
