Cold appetizers are a must on the festive table. In addition to sandwiches with red caviar or fish, try these tartlets.
The preparation is quick, the ingredients are affordable, and the taste and appearance are impressive.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to make tartlets with cucumber.
You will need:
- fresh cucumber 1 pc;
- cream cheese 100 g;
- mustard beans 1 tsp;
- lightly salted trout (salmon) 150 g;
- dill and lettuce leaves to taste.
How to cook
1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Remove the core with seeds. It is important that the finished cucumber ring fits on the bottom of the tartlet.
2. Chop the dill and mix it with mustard and cream cheese.
3. Cut the fish fillet into thin longitudinal slices so that they can be rolled into a roll.
4. Add a lettuce leaf, a mixture of cream cheese and mustard to the bottom of the cucumber tartlet, and then a rolled-up slice of fish so that it “sits” in the tartlet like a rosebud.
If necessary, cool the appetizers and serve. Enjoy!
