How to cook dumplings correctly
Firstly, it is advisable to cook dumplings in a low saucepan with a wide bottom.

Secondly, for half a kilo of dumplings you need to take about one and a half liters of water.
The pan should be filled with water about two-thirds full.
Salt should be added immediately after the water boils. One teaspoon of salt should be taken per liter of water.
You also need to add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the water, this will prevent sticking.
After placing the dumplings in the water, carefully run a slotted spoon along the bottom of the pan.
This way the dumplings won't stick to the bottom. Don't cover the pan with a lid.
As for the cooking time, it is 8-12 minutes depending on the size of the dumplings.
After the dumplings float to the surface, they should be cooked over moderate heat.
To cook dumplings in a multicooker, you need to turn on the “Steam cooking” program for 10 minutes.
For half a kilo of dumplings you need about 600-700 milliliters of water (it should completely cover the dumplings).
