You will need:
- herring 300 g;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- processed cheese 3 pcs;
- onion (red) 1 pc;
- mayonnaise.
How to cook
1. Boil the eggs hard, peel and chop them. The easiest way is to mash them with a fork into small crumbs.
2. Peel the red salad onion and grate it on a fine grater.
3. Clean the herring, remove the bones and chop it very finely with a knife or grind it with a blender. But in this case, the main thing is not to turn the fish into mush.
4. Grate the processed cheese or, like the fish, carefully chop it with a blender.
5. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with mayonnaise. Mix, put in the refrigerator for a few hours and the spread is ready. Enjoy!
